Ordering / Sampling
Wallpapers and fabrics should not be ordered until you have viewed the product ‘in the flesh’. Free samples are available for all wallpapers and fabrics to allow you to examine the product and test the quality before purchasing.
For paint, chip cards can be ordered for free from the manufacturers’ websites. Sample pots are also available for paint (at a charge) for testing the colour.
Ordering from outside the UK
We can only accept orders via our website for UK mainland. For other areas, please contact by phone/email for a shipping quote. By emailing or phoning us to place an order we can ensure you pay the lowest cost possible for shipping. Not all products are eligible for international shipping.
For your security we use Paypal. If you do not wish to register with Paypal, you are able to pay by major credit/debit cards, by selecting ‘checkout’ then ‘pay with a debit or credit card’ on the checkout pages. Payment from your card is taken securely via Paypal as per the terms and conditions provided to you at time of checkout. At no point do Lines of Pinner have access to your card details. The only information Lines of Pinner will access are your name and contact details, as provided at the time of checkout.
All of our wallpaper and fabrics are supplied direct from the manufacturer. In the event that a product is not in stock when you place an order, we will contact you to inform you of if/when the product is due back into stock. If you do not wish to wait or the product is discontinued, we will refund your original payment method.
Delivery time is dependent on the products you are ordering. For most products Lines of Pinner aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of payment being received.
Wallpapers/fabrics – Orders are usually sent by courier, from our warehouse in North-West London or direct from the manufacturer. Most orders, due to size, will require someone to be at the delivery address to accept delivery.
Repair epoxies – Orders are usually sent by Royal Mail, from our warehouse in North-West London.
In the event that an order cannot be delivered at the given address, you will be responsible for arranging collection from your sorting office (Royal Mail) or may be liable for re-delivery charges (courier).
Delivery times to overseas countries will be be longer and vary. You may be liable for local taxes or customs duties. If you are outside the UK and have not received your order please wait until 30 days from the date of dispatch before contacting us.
Correct use of products
It is important you read the manufacturer’s instructions in full before using a product. Any necessary surface preparation, types of adhesive or end care will be given. If you are in any doubt about the suitability of a product, or how to use it, please contact us by phone or email.
Important: Wallpapers, fabrics and paints are non-returnable.

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving the items, unless otherwise specified on the product page (see below). Providing the items you wish to return are unopened and in the same condition as which they were sold, you may return them to us for a full refund. If you live in the European Union we will also refund the original (standard) delivery charge. We will not pay the delivery and packaging costs for returning the items unless they are faulty or the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund an item that has been opened unless it is faulty.
If you would like to return an item you must notify us in writing and we will email you within two working days with details of where to send your return. Lines of Pinner cannot take responsibility for any item lost or damaged during the returns process and recommends you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and any necessary compensatory cover for the items. Upon receipt of your return, or within 30 days at the latest, we will refund your original payment method.
There are products on this website, including the majority of our wallpapers, fabrics and paints which we are unable to accept returns on as they are special orders, made to order, or by their nature cannot be returned. For reasons of health and hygiene we cannot refund or exchange duvets, pillows, mattress toppers or toiletries unless they are faulty. We will of course accept a return if the product is faulty (see below). If you believe a product to be faulty please contact us by phone or email to arrange a return.
Prior to using a product, the manufacturer’s instructions should be read in full. Fabrics should be checked for faults prior to cutting/making and wallpaper inspected both before hanging and after two or three lengths have been hanged. In the rare occurrence that a product is faulty you should cease use of the product immediately. Prior to us processing your order as faulty, for a replacement or refund, we may require samples and/or photographs as well as details of how the product was used. We will liaise with the manufacturer, on your behalf, to ascertain that the product is indeed faulty.
Neither Lines of Pinner or the manufacturer is unable to accept any responsibility for costs incurred as a result of a faulty product, such as making or labour costs.

The colours in images on this website are representative of the products and intended to be as accurate as possible, but colours will vary from screen to screen. If ordering a product where it is important the colours are exact then we recommend you contact us for a sample.
The prices listed on this website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. Lines of Pinner reserve the right to change the prices and delivery charges on this website at any time.
Lines of Pinner do not process or hold your payment card information. Your payment is processed by Paypal and the only information which will be supplied to Lines of Pinner are your name and contact details, as provided at the time of checkout.
