Ordering from outside the UK

We can only accept orders via our website for UK mainland. For other areas, please contact by phone/email for a shipping quote. By emailing or phoning us to place an order we can ensure you pay the lowest cost possible for shipping. Not all products are eligable for international shipping.

Checking before buying

We are more than happy to send you a free sample of any of our wallpapers or fabrics so you can check the colours before ordering. We do not recommend ordering wallpaper/fabric/paint if you haven’t seen it in real life first, as colours (especially metallics) may differ to how you see them on screen, and we will be unable to accept returns.

Measuring up

We do not provide an online tool to do this as they are not always very accurate. As we can not take returns on wallpaper or fabric it is important to measure up prior to ordering, taking into account the roll width/length and any pattern repeat. If you are not sure how to do this, please contact us with your measurements and we’ll be happy to advise.


For your security we use Paypal. If you do not wish to register with Paypal, you are able to pay by major credit/debit cards, by selecting ‘checkout’ then ‘pay with a debit or credit card’ on the checkout pages. All of our wallpaper and fabrics are supplied direct from the manufacturer. In the event that a product is not in stock when you place an order, we will contact you to inform you of if/when the product is due back into stock. If you do not wish to wait or the product is discontinued, we will refund your original payment method.


Delivery time is dependent on the products you are ordering. For most products Lines of Pinner aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of payment being received.

Wallpapers/fabrics – Orders are usually sent by courier, from our warehouse in North-West London or direct from the manufacturer. Most orders, due to size, will require someone to be at the delivery address to accept delivery.
Repair epoxies – Orders are usually sent by Royal Mail, from our warehouse in North-West London.

The majority of the products on this website, including our wallpapers, fabrics and paints, are unable to be returned. For more information, please see our terms and conditions. We will of course accept a return if the product is faulty (see below).

Faulty products

Prior to using our products, the manufacturer’s instructions should be read in full. Fabrics should be checked for faults prior to cutting/making and wallpaper inspected both before hanging and after two or three lengths have been hanged. Neither Lines of Pinner or the manufacturer is unable to accept any responsibility for costs incurred as a result of a faulty product, such as making or labour costs.
