Ordering from outside the UK

We can take orders from outside the UK via email or phone. We don't take orders via our website because shipping costs will be dependent on your country and the weight and size of the product. By emailing or phoning us to place an order we can ensure you pay the lowest costs possible for shipping.

 

Payment

For your security we use Google Checkout. Google Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard and Solo cards. Payment from your card is taken securly via Google Checkout as per the terms and conditions provided to you at time of checkout. At no point do Lines of Pinner have access to your card details. The only information Lines of Pinner will access are your name and contact details, as provided at the time of checkout. Google Checkout will give the option of keeping your email confidential in which case all communications regarding your order will be forwarded to you via Google Checkout.

 

Delivery

If you are ordering a small quantity of wallpaper or fabric (3m/rolls or under) please email or phone us to place your order as it is very likely we can offer you much cheaper postage costs, that due to the varying weight and sizes of the products available we are unable to offer through the website at this time.

Delivery time is dependent on the products you are ordering. For most products Lines of Pinner endevour to dispatch all orders within two working days of payment being received. For wall murals this will be longer, as specified on the product pages. Unless otherwise specified, orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class. You will receive an email (to the address provided at the time of ordering) to let you know your order has been dispatched. You can also log in to Google Checkout at any time to track the status of your order.

Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturday. If you have not received your order within 7 working days from the date of dispatch please contact us.

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse in North-West London but may be sent directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times to overseas countries will be be longer and vary. You may be liable for local taxes or customs duties. If you are outside the UK and have not received your order please wait until 30 days from the date of dispatch before contacting us.

 

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the items, unless otherwise specified on the product page (see below). Providing the items you wish to return are unopened and in the same condition as which they were sold, you may return them to us for a full refund. If you live in the European Union we will also refund the original delivery charge. We will not pay the delivery and packaging costs for returning the items unless they are faulty or the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund an item that has been opened unless it is faulty.

If you would like to return an item you must notify us in writing and we will email you within two working days with details of where to send your return. Lines of Pinner cannot take responsibility for any item lost or damaged during the returns process and recommends you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and any necessary compensatory cover for the items. Upon receipt of your return, or within 30 days at the latest, we will refund your original payment method.

There are products on this website, including the majority of our wallpapers, fabrics and paints which we are unable to accept returns on as they are made to order, or by their nature cannot be returned. We will of course accept a return if the product is faulty. If you believe a product to be faulty please contact us by phone or email to arrange a return.

 

Faulty products

In the rare occurance that a product is faulty you should cease use of the product immediately. Fabrics should be checked for faults before making commences and wallpapers checked after three lengths have been hanged. Lines of Pinner is unable to accept any responsibility for costs incurred as a result of a faulty product, such as making or labour costs.
