      Carlucci caters for a more fashion-oriented and distinguished market than Chivasso. Carlucci style is sophisticated, haute couture and classic. The Carlucci colour spectrum comprises many deep rich colours, such as berry reds and purples, sumptuous chocolate browns and intens emerald greens. Of course these are complemented with a broad spectrum of earth tones.

        This Curious collection of wallpapers contains a vibrant mix of exciting textures, designs and colours. Different techniques were used to create an eclectic mix. Traditional techniques were used to print these non-woven wallpapers with subtle metallic designs ranging from delicate florals to bold coats of arms and funky zebra stripes and snake skin. A foil print was used to create a modern take on traditional embossed wallpapers in a traditional design. The whole collection is rounded off with a subtle wood grain design.

      • Archive Traditional
        In 1873 John Perry started a business designing and printing wallpapers. He was an enthusiastic collector of wooden printing blocks and he also reintroduced skills and processes that were disappearing at the time. The business was acquired by Cole & Son in 1941 and the company is the trustee of a valuable and historic archive of wallpaper designs and wooden printing block from the early 18th century onwards. The Archive Traditional collection has been drawn from this wonderful resource. There are 12 designs and one texture incorporating, not only designs that are well known, but also some which have not seen the light of day for many decades.
